Fully automatic frozen meat crusher

Frozen meat slicer is the preferred equipment for production and processing in industries such as meat products and quick freezing. It can directly cut unfrozen frozen meat weighing 5-40kg from -18 ℃ to 0 ℃ into blocks or slices. It is the first step in the pre processing of chopper and meat grinder, and also the preferred equipment for oil and fat plants. The frozen meat slicer can cut standard meat pieces into slices within 13 seconds, with sufficient power and high output. To avoid pollution and nutrient loss caused by the buffering process, ensure the freshness of the meat, and eliminate the need for ice cooling, reducing the cost of refrigeration for users. The frozen meat slicer is equipped with an automatic protection device and can customize an automatic assembly line according to customer requirements, saving labor and improving production efficiency.

Specification

1. The frozen meat crusher cuts frozen meat, which can be directly put into the meat grinder or chopper without further processing, thus saving processes and improving production efficiency.

2. The frozen meat crusher adopts hydraulic transmission, and the cutting and pushing are driven by hydraulic power to drive the oil cylinder with low working noise, smooth operation, and low labor intensity.

 4. The raw material specification for the frozen meat crusher is 600 × 400 × 50/100 (mm), with each piece weighing 2.5-25kg and frozen meat at -4 ℃ to -18 ℃. It can be directly cut into blocks or slices, which is the previous process of the chopper and meat grinder.
