Stainless steel water-cooled hammer grinding machine

The water-cooled all-around crusher utilizes the motion of the hammer to make the crushed material collide, strike, cut, and rub at high speed inside the crushing chamber, as well as the collision and friction between materials, in order to obtain crushing. The crushed material falls into the aggregate bucket or cloth bag below the crushing chamber through the sieve. Generally, materials are packed in cloth bags, with dust remaining inside while air and a small amount of extremely fine dust pass through the cloth bags.

The water cooling cycle involves artificially setting dense cavities in the outer ring of the crushing chamber, as well as the door cover and rear wall of the crushing chamber. Cold water is injected and flows through the crushing chamber, front door cover chamber, and rear chamber before being discharged from the chamber, thereby achieving the goal of cooling the entire crushing machine head and reducing the temperature of the crushing chamber.
